On Friday, September 22, 2017 NALA did a service project! Keeping students involved in their communities they went to Mrs. Jones’ house. When they got there, she had a lot of projects she needed help with. One of the larger projects was helping her clean up certain parts of her house. they dusted the coaches, washed the windows, and polished her wooden furniture. the children were very happy to help her. throughout the visit Mrs. Jones was telling
everyone thank you. It touched the hearts of the students to see an elderly lady thanking them for helping her clean her house. in The end they serenaded her with a song gave her a big hug! everyone was so VERY HAPPY!
