As inspiration puts it that Evangelism should not be an option but a lifestyle, NAPS Copperbelt carried out a mission in one of the out skirts of Ndola in a place called Minsundu.

The 9 volunteers delegation left their homes for a mission of dedication which begun on the 16th August to 5th September, 2009.

NAPS worked tirelessly in the area by holding an evangelistic campaign in the area. During the day, we groups going flat out in the community to share the word of God with people in their home, it was such a nice experience to some new members as they saw the hand of God at work. The mission which was crowned with 101 souls baptized was indeed as a result of the hand work of God, the mission begun with some Logistical challenges on the Generator but this did not deter the dedicated team knowing with Jesus, we are always on the winning side.

Children program were also successful in the area as the kids flocked in large numbers to learn the word of God. Lessons on the love of God, the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus on the cross was ever kept before them. Other methods were developed to suit the needs of the kids such as nature study, Bible study, crafts.

Each day the kids were taught Bible skirts suiting the study of the day which they presented to the congregation on that particular night in presence of their Parents and the audience. The people really appreciated the behavior change even the positive presentation from the Kids. NAPS also did some children programs in two nearby schools within the area.

Each evening health talks were given on various issues mostly affecting the people especially that most of them are suffering from lifestyle diseases. Subject that were presented were hygiene,HIV/AIDS/BP,Diabetis,Malaria, NEWSTART/ hydrotherapy and natural remedies.

As we went in the field we ministered unto the patients and pointing the sick to Jesus the great physician .The people appreciated the health talks and they were just amazed how they can treat illness using simple remedies and change of lifestyle.

Local youths were of great help to us as they participated in our programs. We worked along side 5 youths in the area who were trained in various operations of NAPS.
