| Naps Brazil in 2009 |
NAPS Brazil began the year giving Bible studies in their local
community. In March, the NAPS Brazil team journeyed to Sandcreek,
Guyana to work with NAPS USA on the construction of the missionary
guesthouse. The team continued giving Bible studies throughout the
year. In May, NAPS Brazil had the privilege of constructing 2
bathrooms for an elderly couple. In August NAPS Brazil held a special
AY program at one of the neighboring churches in Boa Vista. The
church congregation collected clothing and donated these items to the
NAPS Brazil team.
In December of 2009, NAPS Brazil accompanied NAPS USA once
again. Their mission to Sandcreek, Guyana consisted of children’s
programs, Bible studies and house-to-house visitations. The two
teams also constructed a house for a widowed mother of six children.
Following the completion of the house two members from NAPS
Brazil, Steve and Francisco journeyed to Shea and conducted
evangelistic meetings.
